Leadership

Ms. Bodnar has over 20 years experience in the protection industry and is retired from U.S. Army Intelligence. She has protected dignitaries,  performers, news crews, executives, and high net individuals both in and out of the United States. She is well versed in High Stress Operations and is a licensed First Responder. Besides serving in every facet of the security industry, Ms. Bodnar has a vast amount of experience in intelligence collection, analysis and research. She is an expert in surveillance and investigations and has worked covertly with several Special Investigation Units. Ms. Bodnar is a martial arts instructor and is proficient in various firearms. She holds two Master’s degrees and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Intelligence. 

Mr. Raya has over 20 years in the protection industry and is retired from U.S. Army Special Operations. He has provided armed services for corporate executives and government officials both in and out of the United States and is comfortable working in hostile environments. He has served on numerous protection details in war torn areas and is an expert in weapons and tactics.  Mr. Raya is a Firearms  instructor and has provided training to Law Enforcement, Department of State, Department of Treasury, and Department of Defense agencies. His other skills include lethal and non-lethal countermeasures, tactical driving and advance work. Mr. Raya also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. 

Mr. Todd has over 20 years of military  and Security experience encompassing personal protection, law enforcement operations, operational planning, special reaction team, threat assessments, risk mitigations, and team management. He also has  experience in investigations, counter insurgency, counter terrorism, self-defense tactics and lethal and non-lethal force training. Mr. Todd’s strengths include risk assessments,  employment of resources, operational planning and threat  mitigation. Todd also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business. and is the Phalanx SRT Commander. 

Ms. Woods has over 8 years in business administration and is the director of  Human Resources for Phalanx Protection. Her no-nonsense attitude and attention to detail makes her a valuable member of this team. She is responsible for maintaining over 500 personnel files with more coming in daily. She is a SHRM member and is an expert in background investigations, business automation, research, shipping and receiving.  Ms. Woods also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
