CEO Shaundra Bodnar
Ms. Bodnar brings over 20 years of experience in the protective services industry and is a retired U.S. Army Intelligence professional. Throughout her career, she has provided protective services for dignitaries, performers, news crews, corporate executives, and high-net-worth individuals, both domestically and internationally. She is highly experienced in high-stress operational environments and is a licensed First Responder.
In addition to serving in nearly every facet of the security industry, Ms. Bodnar possesses extensive expertise in intelligence collection, analysis, and research. She is an accomplished specialist in surveillance and investigative operations and has worked covertly alongside multiple Special Investigation Units.
Ms. Bodnar is a martial arts instructor and is proficient with a variety of firearms. She holds two Master’s degrees and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Intelligence, combining advanced academic rigor with real-world operational experience.
CFO Robert Raya Jr.
Mr. Raya brings over 20 years of experience in the protective services industry and is a retired U.S. Army Special Operations professional. He has provided armed protective services for corporate executives and government officials both domestically and internationally, with extensive experience operating in hostile and high-threat environments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Raya has served on numerous protective details in war-torn regions and is highly proficient in weapons systems and tactical operations. He is a certified Firearms Instructor and has delivered training to personnel from Law Enforcement agencies, as well as the Department of State, Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Defense.
His expertise also includes lethal and non-lethal countermeasures, tactical and evasive driving, and advanced protective planning and advance work. In addition to his operational background, Mr. Raya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, bringing strong leadership, organizational, and strategic capabilities to his professional practice.
